After using Midjourney for a lot of generations, I started playing around more with the edit tool. They also changed the interface throughout this year and they were allowing for more pictures inputs. Now it was allowing to use different images not only on the prompt, but for “style reference”, for the “likeness of a person or an object”, and “images” that I think is to create images based on different elements of other images?

I also made a video for those experiments, trying to show my process and how the Edit tool works on Midjourney. I basically retextured my analog pictures and edited some parts of them to create my new images:
